We should be able to hit it. Will check with Gary,
maybe we can take some gear up on one of the sites
and try it out.

This is a test - Device type, frequencies, and calls will change in the
future - this is a test

There is a test two-port X1-J node at Clermont, 60 miles from Tampa, 60
miles from Cape Canaveral, and 40 miles from Ocala.

145.07 node call CLR (1200b) KA0OXH-4
430.55 node call #CLR (9.6kb) KA0OXH-3 (I'm not certain this port is on yet
but will be next site visit for sure!)

The antenna is a triband vertical (220 not in service for this test.) The
antenna presently favors E/W and South - much to the north (Ocala) may be
shaded. That will change next week when a DB-224 that peeks above the roof
line will be in service and the 430.55 port will be on an 8-el vertically
polarized beam eastward. There is a second 8-element beam pointing westward
in place.

Any testing on 145.07 that can be done to determine coverage will be
appreciated. Please report to [email protected] and [email protected].
Report location/time of day and signal level as well as how good the link
is.

You may test on 145.07 by

c CLR

then when connected issue the command

C W4PLB-3

which will take you to the N0IA FBB BBS via the Orlando
switch/vhf/DeLand/144.91.

Of course if you can do that, you can use the Orlando through to JAX portion
of the network!

Will advise when the DB-224 is in service.

We are getting there!
