[FADCA] No messages from Charlie

I do not know if I am the only one seeing this or not.
For some time now I have not seen a message one that
Charlie has sent to the list, I see the replies to him.

I am trying to figure out what is going on, as I do not
want to miss his questions as observations (always good
and well placed)

Is anyone else having this problem. I have checked the
usual places and do not see where things are going wrong.
