[FADCA] Receive NTS Traffic

As I have stated before I am using a Kantronics KPC3+ monitoring 144.910. My 
mailbox is KG4FCD-1.
I have gone through the Zip Code List recently publish on the reflector. I 
can handle  traffic for the following areas;
