[FADCA] H Fwding

 Dave I used a file system for a while with the nts forwarding set up  to
certain bbs's   and used the included  file in the correct forwzrd file
that worked great for  nts and sure it would work for  personal as well if
one knew  100% what bbs can handle what h routes .
