[FADCA] Packet & NTS Traffic

	Allot of people got fed up with NTS when you had to pass 25+
messages
	a day and 95% of them were Happy Valentine, How's it going or
something
	like that. 

	They had NO importance what's so ever. That's where the
confidence went.

that sounds good bud...i'm on the reflector..please include ab4xk in the
correspondence concerning west central florida as chet needs to work
with
them to determine coverage and ensure nts ops are availiable. also if
you
get inputs from sfl kevin k4pg needs to be included for the same
reasons...glad to see the interest, and we gotta really make this work
to
instill confidence in the nts packet system again..73
