[FADCA] Packet & NTS Traffic

I am Net Manager for the West Central Section National Traffic Net (Eagle 
Net).
I have packet set up using WinPack with a Kantronics KPC3 Mail Address is 
kg4fcd-1.
I am very interested in getting connections through out the State to pass NTS 
Traffic.
Can somebody help.
