Back in the "Olden Days" I write a "NTS Operator's Guide to Packet".
It was duplicated and a package of the manuals were sent to the FLA NTS 
Packet Mgr at the time.
I still have the manuscript and the Doc file. I suspect that little has 
changed since that earlier publication,
but I'll be glad to update that doc and make it available in a PDF and a 
HTML form. Since copiers is what we
do... I can also whip it up in hard copy form also.
