[FADCA] UPDATE - Using the Network from Hamcation

In a previous note I miss-typed the call for the Orlando FPAC!  The call for
the Orlando FPAC is

W4PLB-8/9.  Also a likely digi to try from Hamcation is CLR as well as AEOC
and FLORL.

Also, someone changed the mycall of the Seminole County PBBS! Arrrghh!

So the entire note I sent before is corrected as this:

Here is how to get to the Florida Layered Packet network from the Hamcation
site.

You will need a 2M antenna off the ground a few feet.. and 25 watts or more.

Use 145.07 (the Orlando LAN)

To get to the Orlando FPAC switch (located 23 miles north in Deltona),
you'll probably have to use a digi... The most likely one is AEOC, another
is FLORL.

So, a link to the W4PLB-8 node would be
