[FADCA] FPAC Alive in Arcadia

After much foot dragging and running out of the all too familiar excuses (I
don't have enough time..etc), the 863494 FPAC switch is alive and well at
the Desoto County EOC which is home to the W4MIN BBS. I cheated and I am
only running the tnc's in kiss mode. I will change out the EPROM's to the
BBQKISS today. Plus, I got to figure out where to mount/hide the FPAC cpu. I
guess I can order one of those fancy switches that allows two computers to
share the same monitor and keyboard and save some room.

Thanks to John and Doug  for coming over to the hamfest last weekend and
helping me out. It was one of those stupid errors I was making that did not
allow the MSYS system to talk with FPAC.
