[FADCA] PacComm Spirit 2 EPROM

Hi Bud
    I have a prom here but before sending it along I have a suggestion.  
If the tncs have kiss proms in them why not use agwpacket and agw term?  
That's what I have been using to test tncs using kiss.   Let ms know..
