Rich, thank you. This is good info, I was hoping that it would be more accurate,
(not from a 'I told you so' but just not to be propagating bad data)
but it is good
that you are on the inside and can set up straight as there are I am sure others
who get the rag too. I hope that you or someone will write something up and
get it printed as the "view from the other side".

I guess the real story is we need to look at what it takes to harden the
infrastructure so that it will withstand such storms. Obvously we are
going to have
one get lost here or there but the less we loose the better we are  in the
long run.
