I use portmapper to allow FBB to connect to a BBS with a URL (Name 
address). FBB will not take a URL address so.... I tell the BBS to 
connect to a local port. I then have Port mapper redirect the "local" 
port to a URL address. The No-IP DNS translates the URL to an IP address 
and my request is sent to the referenced IP address.

Port Mapper also redirects incomming and local requests.
