[FADCA] portmapper

anyone found a way to make portmapper work relialble
 or any one know of a program that does the same thing ?
 portmapper is so unreliable here it works after its messes with or
sometimes reinstalled then only for a few times then is quits responding to
the requests i have it set up per n2bqf's page and it worked some then quite
drove me crazy  it seems if you move the address to a differant port
it works again for a few  i run duc updater also
if i move a  outgoing conection  from 239 to  232 it will work for afew  but
then its dead again pinging and changeing the address  every day gets to be
a hassle and i forget to also .
