[FADCA] NO-IP... No go

Bud's URL hasn't worked for me since his machine blew-up.
I've tried it several times from work and from home.
I'm able to get connected to k4cjx and send msgs from the Telpac SYSOP
form.

When I connect to Telpac via a TNC, using a normal term pgm, I get a 
connect, an initial message and an indication that the Telnet connection 
is active. I send a H or an I but get no responce.
