[FADCA] 4 port serial cards

Hi All
One thing to remember here is that DOS FPAC deals with irq's and
address's, not com ports. A com port is a name that an operating uses to
allow an application to not have to deal with hardware. DOS Fpac works
directly with the hardware, thus allowing us to have more ports than the
bios or operating system allows. We can also use non-standard
assignments, such as 3f8 address with irq 9.
If I remember right, this is not the same with Linux FPAC, one of
the reasons it is more difficult to set up.
