The PTAX25 docs have an example for automatically setting the FPAC
date/time from a FBB BBS.

Part of the Fwd file's proceedure is missing.
Even with the addition of "V C YY MM DD HH mm" you still have to supply
the date/time data.
I noticed that FBB has a fwd command to set the date/time for a PMS. Has
anyone tried using the Y command on a FPAC node?
