[FADCA] Fort Pierce-Vero FPAC Link

Hi All

Just a quick note to let everyone know that the Fort Pierce to Vero FPAC 
link is now working. This will fill the gap from the loss of the Stuart 
switch. I haven't really had time to see what the quality of the link is 
but forwarding with w4rp in Melbourne it working with no real problems. It 
looks like we might be able to bump it up to 9k6 without too many problems. 
I still have some antenna problems to sort out but for now the link is working.
