Dale:

I'll set you up in my FBB as a user/BBS with the following parameters

CALL KF4SIR
NAME DALE
BBS
MODEM/TELNET access

For telnet you'll need to use
REMOTE CALL N0IA
LOCAL CALL KF4SIR-2 (I hope that will work)
REMOTE IP 192.168.123.107
PORT 23
PASSWORD DALE

Now, I'm not certain exactly how all that works... Do you do something
on
your end to make incoming packet calls to your Telpac go to an FBB
rather
than a PMBO?

I'll also set up a forwarding script from my FBB to forward to KN6KB
PMBO
through your Telpac - will have to do some figuring on that. I don't
think
that simply setting up a forwarding script to KF4SIR-2 will provide a
BBS
exchange... will play around with that.

Now for timing. I'll set you up as a BBS on my FBB before 0800 today
(Saturday)... I may not get to the rest of it until later as we have
house
guests.

Also.. be advised that my WinFBB Win98 computer is schizoid - it is off
as
much as it is on. I'm also working on that, so be prepared for my FBB to
be
up/down for several more days until I get it fixed.

Good show!

Hi all, Dale KF4SIR is back on the list with a new email address after
changing ISPs.

Question, anybody played around with TelPac and FBB? The newest version
is
suppoze to be able to telnet into a FBB station. Might be good for NTS
messages?

I'm willing to try and set it up if there is anybody that has a FBB
station
with the telnet module running.

Thanks, Dale
