[FADCA] Update on Tampa Area FPAC Switches

Hi
    I will change the Sarasota / Tampa trunk to kc4qcn-8, 813224. I
presently have the coverage for the Tampa area as 813 and 727 - are
there any additions to this?
    If anyone gets near Okechobee it looks like the 223 port or the
whole switch has died. I can't get to Oke from Stuart or Lake Harbor.
Otherwise I could load the changes into Sarasota.
