[FADCA] Sarasota Switch

 Hi all,

Eddie, K4JP, and myself visited the Sarasota switch Saturday and got it
working again. I had moved some new files into it using YAPP about one month
ago and that is when it locked up. Even though I could see nothing wrong
with the files and the system did appear to boot with the FPAC screen
showing, it did nothing. I installed the same CFG and CNF files, rebooted
and it came to life.

Go figure.
