[FADCA] Daytona Beach ROSE Down

I checked the STA Rose switches friday evening. Both ports are up and
running.  I think Bill was confused by the error reporting message "out of
order" that was issued from the STA uhf (904825) switch, since the last
working switch puts it's own address in the error message.  It's just the
DAB switches that are disfunctional at present.  With any luck by sometime
tuesday the 21st they should be up and running again, this time with the new
callsign/address (replace N4EEB-x with N4WKQ-x and replace 904nnn with
386nnn).
