Hi Bud and the group, you answered a question I was getting ready to ask.

My TelPac Node is hooked up to a very minimal station now but I can try to 
improve it. It is currently using a 1/4 ground plane up about 15 feet and 
the Yaesu FT-1500 rig is running 5 watts. I will have to look into running 
more power and putting my 3 EL beam back up at maybe 25 feet or so. I think 
this might do the trick.

BTW - whatever happened to the N2HBX ARES packet station that used to be on 
145.07? I thought it was atop the Florida Hospital. Use it as a digi?

PS - I see that Bud was able to hit my station this morning even though 
it's running a low antenna and power.  I saw a telnet error that most likly 
had to do with the call n0io connfusing the system. Might have to use 
something like n0io-2  ?
