It is my sad duty to advise the list that Norm Ward-K4RBR of Lake Placid has
become a Silent Key.  Norm succumbed to cancer this morning at the age of 73.

Norm operated a digital packet node in Lake Placid.  Before moving to
Highlands Co., Norm served as ARES Emergency Coordinator in Miami and was in
that position when Hurricane andrew hit that area in 1992.  In more recent
times, he provided leadership for Highlands Co. ARES and the Highsland Co.
Amateur Radio Club.

May Norm rest in peace!
