[FADCA] Elections at meeting

Catching up to date - trying to save more HAMCATION FADCA FORUM time for
digital stuff rather than "business"-

1. I am presently Director of FADCA District 5. I would like to stay in that
position if it pleases the BOD.

2. I am secretary/treasurer of FADCA.  I will remain in that capacity if it
pleases the membership.

Here is a list of paid-up members and date last credited.  If there is
anyone who has paid dues since February 1, 2002 and has not been
credited, please let me know.

Details of all memberships paid since January 1, 2000 are in the
secretary/treasurer's report which will be posted on the FADCA web site.

If you mail your membership dues to me  DO NOT make the check out to
FADCA! I cannot negotiate it.

Make the check out to Loren Thompson and it will be credited to your FADCA
membership.

Here is a summary of FADCA funds of which I am aware.  With Free's help I'll
post the details on the FADCA website today.

02/03/03 Total FADCA funds in my checking account             $176.00
10/08/02 Funds held by West Palm Beach Packet Group         $322.97
August 2002 - Funds held by Robert Owens - more than          $800.00

Bob Owens (Dade City), the previous Sec/Treas, has not cooperated in
forwarding FADCA documents or funds to me in the past three years.  He has
not kept the FADCA registration with the state of Florida up to date.  I
cannot get FADCA reinstated with the state of Florida until I have the
papers that Bob has.  I cannot open a checking account for FADCA until the
organization is officially updated with the state of Florida.  Bob Owens
will not forward the FADCA funds he is holding until we have a checking
account.
