[FADCA] Fwd: ARRL, Citizen Corps and You

I think we should try.

With all that has been happening in my family, I have not had a opportunity
to obtain more information from the Sec. of State's office.  However, I
think it would be necessary to have a corporate entity standing to be
eligible.
