[FADCA] Site down AND reboot cards!!

Ohh and by the way, Linda has a board you put on a
TNC that adds 2 PIA's to it. You send special command
sequencies to the TNC to read or write to the PIA ports
you can write bit wide or byte wide or partial byte wide
and of course since you have to connect to the TNC you
have a good reliable link.
