Hi, Charlie:

Which specific docs?

I've been responsible for having the stuff posted on www.fadca.org in the
left pane category "Packet Articles".

Free, W1NPR has them in both TEXT and PDF.

Go for it.

I will likely post some new articles/references/announcements in the next
week or two.. to tease the kibitzers...

The ARRL VRC report - What does it mean for Digital Messaging support for
EMCOMMs? - More than you think!

Paclink - a new e-mail client designed to handle vhf/uhf packet messaging
over the Florida Layered Network (and others) and to interface with Internet
e-mail there as well as on HF PacTOR... Look for it soon.

A full day seminar in Sanford (10 miles north of Orlando) sponsored by
Seminole County ARES/RACES) on all of the above. Anyone who wants to attend
may do so.
