I have sent Free the latest Annual Reports updates and new coordination
requests I have received. I also changed all of the devices to "D" for
their coordination for which there have been no Annual Report or update
submitted since 2000. A "D" for coordination will move them to the
"Inactive" lists.
This has been done as several directors noted they have been asked why
devices that no longer exist are still listed on the Web Page.
There were some notable devices with a Director's call or with a Director
listed as the Trustee among the group that had not submitted an annual
report or update since 2000. Please review the list as it appears on the
web site as Free gets it updated. If there are devices that still exist but
have now been moved to the "inactive" lists, please have the Nodeops or
Sysops or Trustees send an Annual report or an update if the information
needs to be changed (An update is needed if the device changed locations or
there has been a call sign change.) I will be PLEASED to update the
database so they can reappear on the Web site as Active.
Now for the disclaimer. If you did submit an update or annual report and
you still ended up on the "inactive" list, I apologize. I may have missed
some. If I did, let me know and I can update the list.
NOW. Devices that needed updates in 2001 but are not updated this year will
have to be listed as "inactive" next year. If you see devices still on the
list that are no longer in service, please send me a note. I am sure I
missed some in the past you may have told me about. Please note all devices
on the web page that are no longer in service for each call you submit AND
if a device out of a group for a call is still in operation and some have
become QRT, indicate that also if you will to reduce confusion.
