For Win2K as long as you only do SP-2 you are OK, the EULA
does not get that drastic until you do SP-3. Then you get
the same EULA you get with XP SP-1.

With XP, you can go in and manually upgrade the whole mess
and I understand avoid the EULA, but you have to pick and 
choose the upgrade data. I will see if I can find the info
that was put on The Register about that one.
