[FADCA] WCF Digital Conference

It was an immense pleasure meeting the FADCA leadership and all those who
participated in this weekend's Forum at the Melbourne Hamfest.  The discussion
was most insightful and encouraging.

Having a robust, ubiquitous packet network for EComm is ine of my primary
interests.  Making sure we can traverse the "last mile" in any kind of
disaster response scenario is a prime concern.  Being able to do it digitally
will help address a myriad of critical information support issues for our ARES
operators and clients.

To that end, I would like to invite the leadership and membership of FADCA to
a West Central Florida Digital Communications Conference, Saturday, October 5,
2002.  This meeting will be held at the Com70 Conference Center on STH 70,
approximately 1.5 miles West of I-75 in Bradenton.  The meeting is currently
scheduled for 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
