[FADCA] Fadca Flyer

Hi All...

Just a thought  - the words "Support Florida Packet Radio Development"
in the rectangle - Was thinking maybe we could update it by changing
"Radio" to "Infrastructure" to more closely reflect what really is going
on... and besides it sounds cool.  hi hi
