[FADCA] FADCA Database update

Hi all,

The FADCA database on-line has been updated with the latest changes by Russ.

Directors should check their districts and report errors to Russ so we can 
get it in order before Melbourne,  I still see many in my district that are 
listed but no longer active and will report these to Tom shortly.

One minor thing is that the FCC data on the sysops is not up to date as I 
have not obtained a new  download from them since returning home. It 
usually is updated on Monday and I did not want to make the 60mb download 
of week old data today, no telling when if at all this week they will have 
it ready but it will not affect the FADCA information at all.
