[FADCA] Form problem

Hi all,

Finally found the form problem, as I suspected they are being caught by a 
spam filter.

It was not until I sent it via arrl.org that I got a reasonable report 
back, see below.

Since then I have tried many different ways to get the forms to Russ 
through re-directs, forwards etc.
No luck yet, have not heard back from Bill if he is getting any of them, I 
have added his address to the form, any other volunteer who will test with 
me ?.

I am unable to get them through even when sending them from my home 
computer as long as I leave the original header on it. They go OK if I copy 
and paste the text into a new message.

Sorry to keep this thread on the list but hope someone reading may see 
something and have a suggestion.
