The stations you are hearing on 145.07 in Lakeland are the following

N3PPC  - BBS in Sanford on the Orlando LAN
N0IA  - BBS in Deltona on the DeLand LAN
KE4INI  BBS in Webster

You are actually only hearing the W4PLB-9 FPAC LAN at Orlando and
KE4INI -John in Webster.

John is using a beam pointed to Orlando and likely 100w to it.  You should
be able to connect to him direct on 145.07

There is a UHF backbone between DeLand and Orlando that brings N0IA BBS to
Orlando.

Of course we should not be using 145.07 (Orlando LAN) for forwarding, and
will discontinue that once we have a backbone west from Orlando.  We are
doing  that now to check propagation and attract attention - it caught
yours!

You can  try the following connects on 145.07
C KE4INI

C W4PLB-8 (gives you the Orlando NODE - try commands i0 through i9 (lower
case i)

either of the following two will get you the N3PPC BBS
C N3PPC v W4PLB-9, 407277
C W4PLB-2

either of the following two will get you the N0IA BBS
C N0IA v W4PLB-9,386335
C W4PLB-3

There are other quick connects -  you will see those on the W4PLB-8 node
(i7)

Are you hearing the Orlando FPAC during the day or just at night?

How about anything in Tampa (MOSI?) This would be on 145.67 issue the
command

C KMOSI-8

to get to the node there.
