Here is a very useful site. You can identify towers around a site or city
etc.  This link will take you to the page with the directions and the input
fields.  You can put in the state and a town, city, etc. and then select the
radius you want to search, the number you want to have displayed and wether
you want it to give you a map.  It works well and is easier to use than the
FCC site I think
