[FADCA] Win FBB

where's the fpac???
i have a copy of fbb32 and like what it looks
like now.... (the first beta look sick and very ill)
I will have to test it out but so far looks ok,
the fpac though, need more info on it.

as far as my TheNET tnc, it is for the afmars service
I have my regular one that I might be able to play with,
but will have get another one for the FADCA network.
