I Like Winpack for all my packet work. I will get the telnet to work. As far
as fowarding I will setup WinFBB here at the house, where the following is
my big plan.

    BBS store and foward to W4IE in Sarasota, FL "Hopefully"
    User         port 1200b VHF 2m    packet
    Fpac         port 9.6k  UHF 70cm  packet
    Forwarding   port 9.6k  VHF 2.25m packet
    Forwarding   port ?baud HF        pactor I
