[FADCA] Oh, Yea of Little Faith - MLB FPAC rises from the dead!

The Melbourne (MLB) FPAC packet switch W4MLB-9/8 is functioning =
perfectly now at the QTH of Rick W4RP.  The only problem is that from =
Rick's QTH, the Vero switch (UHF) and the #COA X1-J node (220) do not =
hear the MLB backbones.  This should be solved when Rick and Clayton =
re-install at the original site.   I confirmed this morning that both =
Vero FPAC and #COA X1-J are on the air. =20

Rick has pounded on the MLB configuration files until they complied and =
started working properly. =20

Thanks for your persistence, Rick.

I have recommended the next step should be to move the 2M and UHF radios =
from the site to the test set up at Rick's so the volume/squelch levels =
may be optimized.  If there is enough time to do that at the site when =
the install is made it will not be necessary to move the radios to =
Rick's.

We will beat the hurricane season after all!
