[FADCA] Duplicate Messages

In this wonderful thread we have going we have included some folks who are
not signed up on the fadca@mailman.qth.net  list by adding them to the cc:
list. That is great - but in the process, the fadca@mailman.qth.net list is
in the TO: and the CC: list, and sometimes twice in the TO: list.

Please be certain  fadca@mailman.qth.net. is on in one address block and
only once!

Also, we have included the individual e-mail address of some folks who are
on the fadca@mailman.qth.net in the cc:list who will receive duplicate
copies that way.  Since I don't know who is on the fadca@mailman.qth.net
list, I don't know how to clean that part up! Har.
