I agree with you 100% Russ. The thing that I wanted to point out is that if 
we say that we can do what they need and there are no radio links in place, 
then we will have failed BIG time with the powers to be if we don't have a 
radio system in place and the internet fails
.
YES use whatever we can but get the radios installed ASAP if the whatever 
is internet that is all I'm saying.

I use email to get messages across the state to my bbs but we also have a 
radio link. If I'm not around to import the messages I still get them from 
the west coast by the system.
