Thank you, Rick.

I will review the existing resources (and very likely generate more questions) as I am very concerned about EXISTING resources, identifying gaps in our capability in Florida, and finding methods, strategies, and resouurces to fill the gaps.

Are there  an existing method to set priorities and filter messsages to specific stations? Can this be taken care of transparent to the "field" user in the effected area?
