(OTCBB:GHGI) today announced an agreement with Motorola,
Inc. (NYSE:MOT) to
serve as an Authorized Reseller for the deployment of
Motorola's Canopy
Wireless Internet Platform throughout Florida, as well as
Latin American
countries. Greenhold's subsidiary, Online Services USA, has
already
installed the Canopy Platform in its Level 3 Data Center
located in Fort
Myers, Florida and is now providing wireless service to its
customers.

transitioning away from dial-up service into the type of
high speed Internet
access that Motorola's Canopy system can provide," said John
