[FADCA] BPQ heard list trash

Hi, Bob:

Is this BPQ. X1-Jn  or when you are making H(eard) inquiries on an FPAC
node?

The trash/garbage on the H command at the FPAC node is a known bug in FPAC.
It is caused when one (or more?) of the  text files (i0 through i9) contains
just a tad  too much text!.  It does no harm, and so far as I can tell, you
don't even miss any of the heard list - you just get the garbage in the
return.  I have also seen this garbage on other returns when making an
inquiry on the node.

John, WB4MZO is cataloging this and several other possible bugs and needed
changes in the FPAC code.  He also has the DOS FPAC source code, written in
"C" and is trying to find someone old enough to remember how to do the
programming!

Meanwhile, Chuck KD4DJT is working on the LINUX version of FPAC which is in
use throughout France and likely to have more updates.  Perhaps Chuck can
bring us up to date with that effort.
