[FADCA] Updating the Database for your District

Russ,
To the best of my knowledge, there is no packet activity outside of SEDAN
anywhere in district 8. It's a shame
because it was a good system and it was fun. Most of the sysops I know have
switched to SEDAN on 145.770.
