Explain Email format. I'm guessing you mean the layout of the words.

You could build, in say outlook express, the same format of words that is
used with ax25. Than export the msg's from outlook and send them as a 7+
through the packet system till they destinate at some point that has
Internet working, Than import them and send over the Internet.

This was just an Idea that came to tme while reading the msg.

I have received over sixty NTS msg's that originated out of Fort Myers this
Dec.
These msg's travel through Fort Myers PBBS than Port Charlotte KF4HFR PBBS
where I have built two forward files that separate NTS going out of the area
or to the WCF area. The NTS msg's sent to the NTSout.txt need an out when
more than five or ten are received at one time. I pass as many as I can
using HF voice. I did send ten via HF voice to Lakeland. That station
entered them on HF digital. Until a UHF connection can be
established between SWFL and SEFL LAN's we, and I need to focus, on setting
up HF digital forwarding. We could set this up using two configurations. (1)
Normal mode (passing all SP ST), (2) Emergency mode (passing ST from any
where and SP from EOC or other designated locations).
