The problem with cruise missles is that they can use precision in which they
don't need when carrying nuclear warheads.
The ham designator is probably close enough for nuclear and 2 meter work.
I am in EL98PA -- probably easier to map for hams. easier for hams to
find.
and eliminates the uncertainty factor.
.5 megatons in that quad will do the trick, and 1 watt at 145.09 will get it
in most adjacent squares.
There are a few programs that convert lat/long in several formats to that
designator.
