Pretty much the standard for marine mapping use is DDD MM.mmm (degrees,
minutes and hundredths/thousands of minutes. I suggest we pick a standard
format and datum and have everyone submit that.

This is what I have so far. I can see that I am going
to have to do something about the lat/lon format. Most
mapping programs like the DDD.ddddd format. This is
