Hi

There might be a flag somewhere between you and Rus Free that still thinks 
that his mailbox is full. I had something like this happen with my isp once 
and it took a new account to get it fixed as they couldn't find what was 
causing it to happen. For the most part they gave me a new account and 
defeated everything from my old as if I was never there and then they made 
another account with my old address and all was fine after that.

I'm just saying this because it happened to me and there MIGHT be a flag on 
Russes address somewhere that is rejecting the messages.
