[FADCA] Re-Building FADCA Database

I experienced one of the "windows" problems today and lost a bit of =
updates to the FADCA database. I had a most recent update to Free copy =
here, so everything was not lost, but may have lost data for the last 2 =
months.

There was not much activity, but I do know I have lost some updates. I  =
had saved communications regarding the updates so I should be able to re =
enter the lost data.

However, having said that, when Free returns after Labor Day I will send =
out an announcement to check the data base on the web page again to make =
sure I did not loose your data.  I will send out an announcement when =
the new upload has occurred. No need to look until then as everything on =
the web page right now is based on the February 2002 update. I had that =
update, so all that was input by then is safe.
