[FADCA] TLH VHF Site

I saw whre Chuck had responded. I don't have any experience
setting up or working on KPC3s. My experience is with MFJ
and Paccom with a littel PK88 early on.

Apparently there is soem support on the list for the KPC3.

That will help a LOT.
